Cheez Whiz

Cheez Whiz might seem like a throwback ingredient, but it's the secret to this casserole’s ultra-creamy texture and rich, cheesy flavor. Originating in the 1950s, Cheez Whiz was designed for convenience and has remained a beloved kitchen staple for quick comfort recipes. Its smooth consistency makes it perfect for melting into casseroles, creating a luscious sauce that envelops every bite.

Broccoli

The star of this dish, broccoli, not only adds vibrant green color but is a powerhouse of nutrients. Packed with fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants, broccoli brings a wholesome balance to this indulgent casserole. Using frozen chopped broccoli ensures convenience without sacrificing flavor, making it easy to enjoy this nutritious vegetable year-round.
